1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, sessions, workshops, and programmes provided by Hearthand ("we", "us", or "our"), operating from 67 Thanon Phuket, Talat Yai, Mueang, Phuket 83000, Thailand. By booking a session or enquiring through our website at hearthand.pro, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Nature of Our Services
Hearthand offers facilitation, education, and organisational support for families. Our services include:
- Roots Conversation Session — a supported family conversation focused on shared values and day-to-day connection.
- Growing Together Workshop — an educational workshop to build clearer communication habits and cooperative household routines.
- Family Care Coordination Programme — a three-month organisational programme to help families maintain schedules, records, and regular check-ins.
These services are non-binding in nature and do not constitute advice from a licensed professional. Nothing provided by Hearthand should be understood as a substitute for qualified legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated professional service.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. When families include younger members, a parent or legal guardian must book on their behalf and be present throughout any session. By making a booking you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Bookings and Enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the contact form on our website are not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or telephone. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion without providing a reason.
Prices listed on our website are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time of your written confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Full payment or a deposit may be required before a session takes place. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your confirmation. All transactions are conducted in Thai Baht.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that family schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or by telephone on +66 76 218 540.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.
- For multi-session programmes, individual session rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session. In such cases we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.
7. Conduct and Participation
We ask all participants to engage respectfully and in good faith. Hearthand facilitators may pause or end a session if the environment becomes unsafe or unproductive for any participant. Participation is entirely voluntary and no participant is required to share more than they are comfortable with.
8. Confidentiality
Hearthand treats everything shared in sessions with care and discretion. Our facilitators do not disclose session content to third parties except where required by law or where there is a genuine concern for the safety of a participant. We ask participants to extend the same respect to one another.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hearthand's services are educational and organisational in nature. We do not accept responsibility for outcomes arising from decisions made by participants following a session. Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, worksheets, templates, and frameworks provided during our services remain the intellectual property of Hearthand. They are provided for personal use within your family and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or up to date at any given time. We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our pages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
